Location, close to metro

We had a room on 18th floor. Dishwasher, clean Bathroom, good Bed, a view to the new World Trade center. Some complain about the Breakfast room and the elevators. Yes it can be that you wait some time for the next elevator. yes the breakfast room is not "to big" but all in all we loved our stay there. The quality of Breakfast was good. the Hotel is in very good location Manhatten Downtown. Sub entrance near the Hotel. a lot of places to view within walking distance. We'll be back again

We decided to split our NY week in 2 parts and choosed Residence Inn for lower Manhattan to easily reach Liberty Isl., WTC, One World Observatory, Brooklyn bridge, different ferries, Staten Isl. ferry, Chinatown, Little Italy and Wall street... We couldn't choose better hotel for this purpose. As a family of 4, room was very convienient, clean with small kitchen appliances... Breakfast was typical American, not European as we used to, but had everything. Employees were lovely and if we will have chance to be back again, definetly we would choose again this hotel! And just a comment for subway, you are just 100/200 m from all main lines, wheather you go to Fulton or PATH... or you choose ferries from Batery park, or from Irish Hunger, or to Brooklyn... everything is easily reachable! Great few days, will stay in memory definenely! 👌

For new york standards the room was huge, beds were big and super comfortable, the staff were so nice and offered us a few types of rooms to meet our needs. The location was prefect, on a side street so not too noisy and in the middle of a lovely areas. Really close to points of interest and really good bars. Super safe too for going out walking. Breakfast was dream, so much choice, it was really unexpected

Nice hotel, as described, very welcoming and friendly staff. Rooms had a decent size with a huge fridge. The breakfast was really nice, quite a big choice of food available, quality ok. Location was really good. 3min walking to two different metro stations, very well connected.

Everything, staff, location and my room was so clean and I was even surprised by how much quieter it was than previous trips to the city.

Center Downtown. Employees friendly. Receive free tickets to 9/11 museum and Liberty cruise. Clean and quiet for being centre Downtown. 2 minutes walk from Ground Zero.
